采用自组装(SA)技术制备了正丁硫醇、正十二硫醇及两种硫醇等摩尔混合物的SA单分子层膜。用椭圆偏振仪、接触角测量仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)和原子力显微镜(AFM)对3种SA膜进行了分析表征。结果表明SA膜是取向有序的纳米级超薄膜,分子链长、基片表面的晶格取向和表面的洁净度等对膜有一定的影响,长链分子膜表面是疏水性的。用椭圆偏光、XPS和AFM3种方法测定3种单分子层膜的厚度分别为0.59~0.67nm,1.60~1.69nm,1.23~1.32nm。AFM图象进一步证实了混合单分子层膜是由两种不同厚度的微畴组成。
SA monolayer films of n-butanethiol, n-dodecylthiol and two equimolar mixtures of thiols were prepared by self-assembly (SA) technique. The three SA films were characterized by ellipsometry, contact angle measurement, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) The results show that the SA film is an ordered oriented nano-scale ultrathin film. The molecular chain length, the crystal orientation and the surface cleanness of the surface of the SA film have certain influence on the film, and the surface of the long-chain molecular film is hydrophobic. The thickness of three monolayer films measured by ellipsometry, XPS and AFM methods were 0.59 ~ 0.67nm, 1.60 ~ 1.69nm and 1.23 ~ 1.32nm, respectively. The AFM images further confirmed that the mixed monolayers were composed of two different thicknesses of microdomains.
