一、对学生新型职业能力的认识学生职业能力是由就业生存的基本能力、持续就业的支撑能力、职业发展的增长能力构成的。培养学生具备持续就业的支撑能力和职业发展的增长能力,这不仅是学校之间在办学质量和办学特色差异化的根本表现,更重要的是满足企业岗位需求和学生今后职业持续发展的需要,应该是技工学校培养学生职业能力的更高目标和追求。
