目的探索县及县以下医护人员安全注射行为的干预措施。方法通过对目标人群有针对性的社会动员、培训、规划管理、信息传播等行为干预,进行效果评价。结果项目县和对照县各5个乡镇医护人员抽样调查表明,健康促进干预效果明显,医护人员普通感冒正确处理率从40.1%提高到91.3%,基本建立了一次性注射器具安全回收处理机制。结论以安全注射为行为主题开展的健康教育和健康促进活动,使医护人员安全注射的意识得到提高,注射和输液的使用减少,建立了可持续发展的安全注射工作机制。
Objective To explore the intervention measures for safe injection behavior of medical staff at and below the county level. Methods Through targeted social mobilization, training, program management, information dissemination and other behavioral interventions, the effects were evaluated. Results The sample surveys of medical staff in 5 townships in project counties and control counties showed that the effect of health promotion intervention was obvious. The correct treatment rate of common colds for health care workers increased from 40.1% to 91.3%, and a mechanism for safe recycling of disposable syringes was basically established. Conclusion Health education and health promotion activities with safe injection as the subject of behavior have increased the awareness of safe injection by medical personnel, reduced the use of injections and infusions, and established a sustainable development safe injection work mechanism.
