乳腺癌是现代女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。如何利用计算机辅助诊断(CAD)技术提高对乳腺癌的诊断正确率是目前的一个研究热点。结合X线摄影和CAD技术对乳腺癌进行判别。使用来自四川大学华西医院2010年第一季度的118例乳腺X线样本进行验证。分别从分类的0-1损失错误率和RMSE错误率,验证了三种贝叶斯分类模型的性能。实验结果表明贝叶斯模型能很好地对乳腺癌X线摄影进行判别。
Breast cancer is one of the most common malignancies in modern women. How to use computer aided diagnosis (CAD) technology to improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer is a hot research topic. Breast cancer with X-ray photography and CAD technology. Huaxi Hospital from Sichuan University in the first quarter of 2010 using a sample of 118 cases of breast X-ray validation. The performance of three kinds of Bayesian classification models are verified respectively from the classified 0-1 loss error rate and the RMSE error rate. The experimental results show that the Bayesian model can discriminate breast cancer radiographs well.
