大芋姜(又名大头姜),原产于日本,1996年浙江省景宁县引种获得成功。试种大芋姜1亩,10月中旬收获鲜姜4500公斤,平均株重2公斤以上,按当地市场价格计算,产值达28000元,比当地生姜品种产量、产值高出2~3倍。日本大芋姜具有块茎大、肉质脆、辣味小的特点,深受消费者的好评。现将栽培技术介绍如下:1.地块选择日本大芋姜一般适宜选择海拔600~800米以上中高山地区土质松软、肥沃、朝阳、
