对鞍钢第二炼钢厂平炉冶炼和上钢三厂电炉冶炼的16Mn钢在喷粉处理过程中的吸氮行为进行了统计分析。首先对喷吹过程作了现场取样分析,在此基础上对喷吹过程中钢液吸氮的规律进行了理论分析。结果证明,钢中表面活性元素氧和硫的含量对吸氮过程有很大影响,钢水温度也有明显影响,钢中氮含量的增加主要是由于气相中的氮通过钢液裸露面为钢液吸收。
The nitrogen absorption behavior of 16Mn steel in No.2 steelmaking mill and Anshan No.3 ironmaking plant in Anshan Iron and Steel Company was analyzed statistically. First, the injection process was made on-site sampling and analysis, on the basis of the spray process of liquid nitrogen absorption of a theoretical analysis. The results show that the content of surface active elements of oxygen and sulfur in steel has a great influence on the process of nitrogen absorption and the temperature of molten steel also has a significant impact. The increase of nitrogen content in steel is mainly due to the nitrogen in the gas phase being absorbed by molten steel through the exposed surface of molten steel .
