采用井式坩埚炉熔炼铸造了3种铝合金,通过金相分析、硬度测试、力学拉伸、断口扫描研究了过渡族元素对7136铝合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,过渡族元素能够细化铸态组织,复合添加Cr、Mn、Ti后晶粒细化效果明显,能够抑制铝合金板材再结晶,提高抗拉强度,使伸长率提高15%,改变了断裂方式,提高了综合力学性能。
Three kinds of aluminum alloys were smelted and cast by a pit furnace. The effects of transition elements on microstructure and properties of 7136 aluminum alloy were studied by means of metallographic analysis, hardness test, mechanical tensile test and fracture scanning. The results show that the transitional elements can refine the as-cast microstructure. The grain refinement effect is obvious after the addition of Cr, Mn and Ti. The recrystallization of the aluminum alloy sheet can be suppressed and the tensile strength can be increased. The elongation can be increased by 15% The fracture mode, improve the overall mechanical properties.
