目的探讨心神宁片抗精神病(抑郁症)的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2011年5月至2012年2月收治的76例抑郁症患者的临床资料,其中,对照组33例患者口服盐酸舍曲林片,观察组43例患者在对照组治疗的基础上口服心神宁片,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗第4个月后,观察组的HAMD评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组副反应的发生率相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心神宁片辅助抗抑郁药物对改善抑郁症患者的失眠、早醒等症状具有较为明显的疗效,其安全可靠,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xin Shen Ning Tablet on anti-psychosis (depression). Methods The clinical data of 76 patients with depression treated in our hospital from May 2011 to February 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 33 patients in the control group were orally treated with sertraline hydrochloride tablets and 43 patients in the control group were treated in the control group On the basis of oral heart Xinning film, observe the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results After the fourth month of treatment, the HAMD score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of side effects was similar in both groups, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusions Xinxining ningbo antidepressant has obvious curative effect on relieving insomnia, early waking and other symptoms in patients with depression, which is safe and reliable and deserves to be widely used clinically.
