本文采用三波长分光光度法不经分离直接测定复方磺胺甲氧吡嗪片中磺胺甲氧吡嗪(SMPZ)和甲氧苄氨嘧啶(TMP)的含量。精密称取适量样品,加0.1N HCl振摇,加热,冷却,过滤,取续滤液在精选波长229nm、304nm处测定。SMPZ的平均回收率为99.6±0.29%,TMP的平均回收率为98.7±0.28%。与双波长法、正交函数法相比,本法对复方磺胺甲氧吡嗪片测定的准确度和精密度并无显著性差别。在干扰组分光谱无适当的等吸收点的情况下,应用本法可解决双波长法无法解决的二组分混合物的测定。
In this paper, three-wavelength spectrophotometry was used to directly determine the content of sulfamethoxazole (SMPZ) and trimethoprim (TMP) in compound sulfamethoxazole tablets without separation. Accurately weighed amount of sample, add 0.1N HCl shaken, heated, cooled, filtered, and the filtrate was taken at the selected wavelength of 229nm, 304nm at the determination. The average recovery of SMPZ was 99.6 ± 0.29% and the average recovery of TMP was 98.7 ± 0.28%. Compared with the dual-wavelength method and the orthogonal function method, there is no significant difference between this method and the accuracy and precision of the compound sulfamethoxazole tablets. In the interference component spectrum without proper absorption points, the application of this method can solve the two-wavelength method can not be resolved two-component mixture determination.
