分层次教学是根据学生技能基础不同将学生分成不同团体的教学小组,根据学生的实际情况安排具体教学内容,以解决以往的“吃不饱、吃不了”的情况,提高了学生的学习兴趣。本文通过文献资料、专家访谈、阅卷调查等方法,论证田径公共体育课中分层次教学的可行性,对实验数据加以分析。其目的在于得出分层次教学在田径公共体育课中的可行性。分层次教学以教学大纲为前提,制定不同的教学目标,增强学生的身体素质,提高学生学习的积极性和主动性,达到了良好的教学效果。
Hierarchical teaching is based on the different skills of students divided into different groups of students in teaching groups, according to the actual situation of students to arrange specific teaching content to address the past, “enough to eat, can not eat,” the situation and improve student learning interest. This article demonstrates the feasibility of teaching in different levels in physical education of public physical education in track and field, and analyzes the experimental data through literature, expert interviews and questionnaires. Its purpose is to derive the feasibility of teaching at different levels of public physical education in track and field. Hierarchical teaching to the syllabus as the prerequisite for the development of different teaching objectives, enhance the physical fitness of students, improve students’ enthusiasm and initiative to learn, to achieve a good teaching effect.
