目的:探讨对放射科医护人员实施放射防护的具体措施及其价值。方法:以我院放射科为研究对象,通过防护调查及辐射监测来判定科室内的防护现状,并就我国相关放射防护政策、日常工作经验、放射科检测设备的特点等来探讨现行措施的设计与不足,并就具体措施及其对医护人员的价值进行分析总结。结果:我院放射科检测设备完善,医护人员的日常防护措施意识培养到位,在放射科建成之初即通过对日常CT、DR等各环节检测所需放射性药物的防护要求来核算防护设施的厚度,防护墙体、防护门、顶棚等的厚度不足的增加防护涂料,且在放射科各项检测设备不断更新的同时优化防护措施,放射科防护措施及医护人员个人剂量监测结果均符合相关政策要求。结论:放射防护的三大基础为电离辐射量体系、放射生物学效应及放射防护体系,院内对于放射科的放射防护工作重视,放射科医护人员的工作环境达国家规范,对维护医护人员及病患的健康及权益意义重大。
Objective: To explore the specific measures and their value of radiological protection for radiologists. Methods: Taking the radiology department of our hospital as the research object, the protection status of the department was determined by the protective investigation and radiation monitoring. The design of the current measures was also discussed on the basis of the relevant radiological protection policies, routine work experience and the characteristics of radiological testing equipment. And deficiencies, and to analyze the specific measures and the value of medical staff. Results: The radiological testing equipment in our hospital was improved. The daily protective measures awareness of medical staff was well trained. At the beginning of the radiology department, the thickness of the protective facilities was calculated through the protection requirements of the radiopharmaceuticals required for daily CT and DR testing , Protection of walls, protective doors, roofs, etc. to increase the thickness of protective coatings, and in the radiological examination equipment constantly updated at the same time optimize the protective measures, radiological protection measures and personal dose monitoring results are in line with the relevant policy requirements . Conclusion: The three major radiological protection systems are ionizing radiation dose system, radiobiological effect and radiation protection system. The hospital attaches great importance to the radiological protection of radiology department. The working environment of radiologists is up to the national standard. Suffering from health and equity is of great significance.
