中共早期主要领导人瞿秋白曾三次被捕入狱。前两次均发生在1919年。第一次发生在6月3日。当天上午,北京20多所学校各派数百名学生上街讲演。瞿秋白和俄文专修馆的同学一起到达预定地点,开展讲演活动。反动当局出动大批军警驱散听讲的群众,逮捕讲演的学生。当天,被逮捕的学生达178人,瞿秋白也在其中。由于捕人过多,警察厅容纳不下,便把位于北河沿的北京大学法科校舍
Qu Qiubai, one of the leaders of the early CCP, was arrested and imprisoned for three times. The first two occurred in 1919. The first occurred on June 3.
