用人精子抗原免疫ＢＡＬＢ／Ｃ小鼠制备抗人精子单克隆抗体。对其中ＨＺ４株进行抗生育作用测试。ＨＺ４使Ｉｏｎｏｐｈｏｒｅ诱导的人精子顶体反应率由７３．３％降至２８．５％；使人精子仓鼠卵穿透率由２４％降至０；但对精子免疫制动、精子顶体蛋白酶活性无影响。
BALB / C mice were immunized with human sperm antigen to prepare anti-human sperm monoclonal antibody. The HZ4 strains were tested for their anti-fertility effects. HZ4 reduced Ionophore-induced acrosome reaction rate from 73.3% to 28.5%, decreased the penetration rate of human sperm hamster from 24% to 0, but inhibited sperm motility, sperm acrosin activity no effect.
