氧气治疗的适应症换气不足(hypoventilation)见于神经和骨骼肌系统的疾病,以及使用呼吸抑制药者。此型低氧血症原因很多,其中有代表性的是肌萎缩性侧索硬化症、巴比妥类药或麻醉药过量和异物吸入造成的气道阻塞等。治疗是针对改善通气机能,如人工辅助呼吸。气体来源可直接采自大气或压缩空气,无须额外补充氧。
Indications for Oxygen Therapy Hypoventilation is a condition found in the nervous and skeletal systems, as well as in the use of respiratory depression medications.
