党参:原产于山西上党,野生的称“台党”,栽培的称“潞党”。习惯上把产于东北地区的称“东党”。栽培的党参多为二年生采收,采收时期一般在9月末至10月中下旬。采收前,先将地下部分割掉,连同架条一起拿到晾晒场地以备打下种子。将根用叉子或铁锹挖出,去掉残茎和泥土,放在阳光下晾晒或烘干。当晒至7～8成干时,按粗细分开,捆成小把,用手或木板揉搓,经多次晾晒揉搓,使之干燥,然后置于通风干燥处贮藏。
