The thermal field of InP fabricated by high temperature single crystal furnace using radiant heat from the heater was analyzed and the experimental results were given. In a published article, the author mentions a method of liquid-phase synthesis of InP in a high-pressure single crystal furnace, but the method is not discussed in detail and this article complements this article.
