目的:将细节护理贯穿于整个抽血过程,提高护理服务品质。方法:分析引起抽血室护理纠纷的原因,制定细节护理的相应措施。结果:提高了护理服务的满意度,避免了护理纠纷的发生。结论:细节护理能减少,抽血室护理纠纷。
Objective: The details of care throughout the whole blood extraction process, improve the quality of nursing services. Methods: To analyze the causes of the disputes in the blood-drawroom care and to develop the corresponding measures of nursing details. Results: Satisfaction of nursing services was improved and nursing disputes were avoided. Conclusion: The details of care can reduce the blood cell care disputes.
