针对中频感应电炉炉温控制中存在的大惯性、非线性、模型不确定性等特点,提出了一种分数阶(PID)~γ控制器设计方法。该控制器基于内模控制(Internal Model Control,IMC)及分数阶滤波器推导得出,仅包含两个可调节参数,有利于控制器参数的整定,并基于控制系统的相位裕量和截止频率,实现了分数阶(PID)~γ控制器的参数整定。所提方法不仅可以使温控系统具有较好的设定值跟踪和干扰抑制特性,而且当系统参数摄动时表现出更好的鲁棒性,仿真结果证明了本文方法的有效性。
According to the characteristics of large inertia, nonlinearity and model uncertainty in the furnace temperature control of medium frequency induction furnace, a fractional order (PID) ~ γ controller design method is proposed. The controller is derived based on Internal Model Control (IMC) and fractional-order filter. It contains only two adjustable parameters, which are conducive to the tuning of controller parameters. Based on the control system phase margin and cut-off frequency , To achieve fractional order (PID) ~ γ controller parameter tuning. The proposed method can not only make the temperature control system have better tracking and disturbance rejection characteristics, but also show better robustness when the system parameters perturb. The simulation results prove the effectiveness of the proposed method.
