目的建立气相色谱法测定生物样品中乙醇含量的方法。方法取生物样品于顶空瓶中,加入氯化钠、水,以叔丁醇为内标物,经气-液平衡后,气相色谱法测定,内标法定量。结果在0.20~1.50 g/L样品添加水平范围内,平均回收率为96.00%~105.70%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.30%~9.70%,方法检出限(LOD)为2.00μg/mL。结论实验结果表明,该方法操作简便、稳定可靠、定量准确,适用于生物样品中乙醇含量的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of ethanol in biological samples by gas chromatography. Methods Biological samples were taken from the headspace bottles, and sodium chloride and water were added to the samples. The gas-liquid equilibria were determined by gas chromatography and the internal standard method was used for quantification. Results The average recoveries ranged from 96.00% to 105.70% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranging from 5.30% to 9.70% and the limit of detection (LOD) of 2.00 μg / mL within the range of 0.20-1.50 g / L. Conclusion The experimental results show that the method is simple, stable and reliable, accurate and suitable for the determination of ethanol content in biological samples.
