The Sinai clan, Xina Lama, and Living Buddha Xina occupy an important position in the history of Tibetan tribes and religions in Qinghai. Studying their history helps us to glimpse the evolution of Tibetan tribes and religions in Qinghai. Therefore, based on the records of Tibetan history books, we briefly summarize the history of the Sinai clan, the Sinas Lama and the Living Buddha of Sinna as follows to seek advice from the vast readership and relevant experts.
