目的了解卵巢过度刺激综合征（OHSS）病人血清、腹腔液（PF）及卵泡液（FF）中血管渗透因子（VascularpermeabilityfactorVPF）水平、明确其来源。方法：采用免疫荧光分析法。结果7位重度OHSS患者血清中VPF［（16.3±3．0）pmol］明显高于对照组［（0．8±0.6）pmol］，FF中VPF水平［（490．0±15.0）pmol］明显高于血清及PF液，大约是血清值的30倍。结论VPF在重度OHSS病人中明显升高，卵巢是VPF的重要来源。
Objective To investigate the levels of Vascular Permeability Factor (VPF) in serum, peritoneal fluid (PF) and follicular fluid (FF) in ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) patients. Methods: Immunofluorescence analysis was used. Results The serum levels of VPF (16.3 ± 3.0) pmol in 7 patients with severe OHSS were significantly higher than those in the control group [(0.8 ± 0.6) pmol], and the levels of VPF in FF [(490.0 ± 15.0) pmol] Higher than the serum and PF fluid, about 30 times the serum value. Conclusions VPF is significantly elevated in patients with severe OHSS. Ovary is an important source of VPF.
