目的:了解甘露醇对脑卒中患者机体内环境的影响及是否有肾毒性作用。方法:选择脑卒中患者20例,观察其使用甘露醇前后血中钾、钠、二氧化碳结合力、血糖及肾功能变化。结果:血钾在使用甘露醇后明显上升。血糖在脑卒中急性期内明显升高。早期肾功能参数血β2微球蛋白、α1微球蛋白在使用甘露醇15天后明显上升。结论:甘露醇对脑卒中患者机体内环境有一定影响,亦有一定肾毒性作用。β2微球蛋白、α1微球蛋白能敏感地反映甘露醇造成的早期肾损害,为临床提供了早期监测手段。
Objective: To understand the impact of mannitol on stroke in patients with the body environment and whether there is a nephrotoxic effect. Methods: 20 stroke patients were selected to observe the changes of blood potassium, sodium, carbon dioxide cohesion, blood glucose and renal function before and after administration of mannitol. Results: Serum potassium significantly increased after using mannitol. Blood glucose was significantly increased during the acute phase of stroke. Early renal function parameters blood β2 microglobulin, α1 microglobulin significantly increased 15 days after the use of mannitol. Conclusion: Mannitol has certain influence on the internal environment of patients with stroke, and also has certain nephrotoxic effect. β2 microglobulin, α1 microglobulin can sensitively reflect the early renal damage caused by mannitol, for the clinical monitoring provided an early means.
