目的:探讨三维适形放疗(3DCRT)同步化疗治疗直肠癌术后盆腔复发近期疗效及毒副作用。方法:本组对34例直肠癌术后盆腔复发患者接受三维适形放疗同步化疗。结果:可评价疗效34例患者中,CR 4例,PR 19例,总有效率为67.66%。结论:3DCRT同步化疗治局部晚期直肠癌有协同作用,能提高肿瘤的局控率,有较好的近期疗效。
Objective: To investigate the short-term curative effect and side effects of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3DCRT) with concurrent chemotherapy in the treatment of postoperative pelvic recurrence of rectal cancer. Methods: This group of 34 patients with pelvic recurrence after rectal cancer patients underwent three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy. Results: Among the 34 evaluable patients, 4 were CR and 19 were PR. The total effective rate was 67.66%. Conclusion: 3DCRT synchronous chemotherapy for the treatment of locally advanced rectal cancer has a synergistic effect, which can improve the local control rate of tumor and has good short-term curative effect.
