各自治州、市人民政府,各地区行署,各县(自治县、市、市辖区、特区)人民政府,省政府各部门、各直属机构: 为进一步做好国有企业下岗职工基本生活保障和再就业工作,确保春节期间国有企业困难职工基本生活,经省人民政府同意,特作如下通知: 一、春节期间(2001年1月),省属国有企业下岗职工基本生活费每人一次性增加50元,所需资金由省劳动和社会保障厅从省级解困资金中解决。

In order to ensure the basic living of employees in difficult conditions in state-owned enterprises during the Spring Festival, the following notifications are made by the Provincial People’s Government: 1. During the Spring Festival period (January 2001), the basic living expenses for laid-off workers of state-owned enterprises in the province will increase by 50 yuan per person. The funds required will be settled by the Provincial Department of Labor and Social Security from the provincial fund for solving the problem.
