目的:比较玻璃纤维桩与石英纤维桩粘接性能和界面破坏形式。方法:选取18颗下颌前磨牙,分为玻璃纤维桩组、石英纤维桩组及金属桩对照组。实验牙经根管充填、桩道预备后纤维桩修复,选取根中段制备1 mm薄片,万能力学测试机进行薄片推出实验,并观察粘接界面气泡率、裂隙率和破坏方式。结果;石英纤维桩气泡率(11.1%)及裂隙率(0%)明显低于玻璃纤维桩及对照组;石英纤维桩粘结强度为(28.83±3.25)Mpa,明显高于其他两组;薄片推出实验后桩与树脂水门汀间粘接界面破坏形式以2型为主。结论:石英纤维桩粘接性能好于玻璃纤维桩,纤维桩粘结面破坏形式主要发生在桩与树脂水门汀之间。
Objective: To compare the bonding properties of glass fiber post and quartz fiber post and the interface failure mode. Methods: Eighteen mandibular premolars were selected and divided into glass fiber pile group, quartz fiber pile group and metal pile control group. The experimental teeth were filled with the root canal and the post of the pile was repaired by the fiber post. The mid-section of the root was selected to prepare a 1 mm sheet and a universal mechanical testing machine for the sheet pushing experiment. The bubble rate, fracture rate and failure mode were observed. Results: The bubble rate (11.1%) and fracture rate (0%) of quartz fiber pile were significantly lower than that of glass fiber post and control group. The bond strength of quartz fiber post was (28.83 ± 3.25) Mpa, which was obviously higher than the other two groups After the launch of the experiment, the interface between the pile and the resin cement was destroyed mainly in type 2. Conclusion: The bonding performance of quartz fiber post is better than that of glass fiber post. The failure mode of fiber post is mainly between pile and resin cement.
