从2006年1月-2009年12月104例牙颈部楔状缺损的患者根据治疗方法不同分为二组,采用3M玻璃离子治疗的54例患者为观察组,采用光固化复合树脂及配套的酸蚀、釉质黏合剂充填治疗的50例患者为对照组,治疗结束后均随访6~12个月,观察其一次成功率、脱落率、继发龋齿率等。结果为观察组在治疗上一次成功率大大高于对照组,二组比较差异明显,具有统计学意义P<0.05。这样可得出玻璃离子材料是口腔科新型充填材料,具有一次充填成功率高、强度高、黏结度高、操作简单的优点,在临床上值得推广应用。
From January 2006 to December 2009, 104 patients with dental and cervical wedge-shaped defects were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. Fifty-four patients treated with 3M glass ionomer were selected as the observation group. Using light-cured composite resin and matched acid Enamel adhesive filling treatment of 50 patients for the control group, after treatment were followed up for 6 to 12 months to observe the success rate, abortion rate, secondary dental caries rate. The results showed that the last success rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant between the two groups, with statistical significance P <0.05. This can be drawn glass ionomer material is a new filling material, with a high success rate of filling, high strength, high adhesion, easy operation, merits the promotion of clinical application.
