目前,辐射和半辐射受热面的主要清理方法之一,是采用各种吹灰装置来吹灰,吹灰的介质可以是水、蒸汽或压缩空气。然而这种吹灰装置结构和制造很复杂,而还有其他一系列缺点。本文介绍的吹灰装置,无论是结构还是工作原理都和旧式的吹灰器有本质上的区别。这种装置没有任何活动的零件或机构。其喷嘴的截面具有独特的形状,能造成水、蒸汽或压缩空气的径向气流,在一个平面上的扩展角可达180°。该装置有内外两回路。外回路起冷却作用,并与锅炉的循环系统接通,内回路从装在锅炉外面的配气装置引入吹灰介质,并保证给定的流量和持续的吹灰。
