目的：研究髋骨骨折的治疗和护理，针对护理在髋骨骨折治疗中的积极意义展开讨论，以寻求髋骨骨折治疗康复的最佳方法。方法随机抽取某院某院2013年1月~12月的收治髋部骨折患者50例，对其治疗方式及护理进行分析、讨论和总结。结果50例患者经治疗和精心护理，无1例并发症，全部康复出院，患者对于医院的满意度很高。结论髋骨骨折的治疗要与临床护理紧密结合，才能有效提高治疗效果，促进患者的康复，保全患者生命，使患者重拾生活的信息和幸福感。“,”Objective To study the treatment and nursing of hip fractures,according to nursing in a positive significance in the treatment of hip fracture are discussed,the best method of treatment and rehabilitation.Methods Randomly selected in a hospital from 2013 January to 2013 in our hospital,12 patients with hip fracture in 50 cases,analysis,discussion and summary of the treatment and nursing.Results 50 cases of patients with treatment and care,no complication,recovered.Conclusion The treatment of hip fractures should be closely integrated with clinical nursing, can ef ectively improve the therapeutic ef ect, promote the rehabilitation of patients, save the lives of patients, to regain life information and wel-being of patients.
