3月1日下午,2013年云南玉龙全国首届高原山地竞速挑战赛新闻发布会在国家体育总局会议室召开。山地竞速是中国登山协会近年根据现代登山运动发展形势推出的新兴项目,4月中旬,该项目将首次在我国云贵高原举办全国性赛事。赛事由中国登山协会、云南省体育局、丽江市人民政府主办,中共玉龙纳西自治县委员会、玉龙纳西自治县人民政府承办,丽江市体育局、玉龙纳西自治县体育运动委员会
