民意调查是知民情的必由之路,更是提升群众工作科学化水平的重要途径。在开展民意调查时应坚持以下原则:科学公正为民原则,力求抓落实出实效原则,把握深入基层掌握实情原则,践行“忠言逆耳利于行”原则。
