一、面试心理在面试过程中,求职者处于一种接受提问与考察,同时又要自我表现的角色,给人一种始终处于压力的状态。这种角色往往让求职者出现两种极端倾向,或者因过于拘谨而表现不足,或因表现过分而卖弄做作。这两种倾向都会影响面试成绩。所以把握良好的心态有助于面试的正常发挥。尽量避免以下问题:1、恐惧心理:有些求职者见到主考官就会莫名其妙地紧张和不安,无形中把自己放在和主考官不对等的位置上从而影响发挥。从人格上说,人人都是平衡的。这样便会增加自己的勇气,建立与对方平等的新关系,使面试顺利进行。消除恐惧的方法:人靠衣裳马靠鞍,穿上相应档次的服装,提高自信心,与对方建立起平等关
