化疗是肿瘤综合治疗的重要措施,但是化疗的副作用有时给病人造成的痛苦,使病人难以接受,因此医生在使用化疗药物的同时伍用地塞米松来减轻化疗造成的副作用。在治疗过程中,我们发现地塞米松不仅能减轻上述症状,而且对静脉也有一定的保护作用。现将临床观察结果报告如下。 1 对象与方法 1.1 对象通过手臂静脉穿刺接受化疗的癌症病人共32例(胃癌10例,白血病4例,淋巴瘤4例,肠癌8例,肺癌5例,胰腺癌1例)104人次。其中男26例,女6例,年龄31～80岁,无激素禁忌证者。本组化疗药物均采用同种化疗药物,即丝
Chemotherapy is an important measure for comprehensive treatment of cancer, but the side effects of chemotherapy sometimes cause pain to patients, making it difficult for patients to accept. Therefore, doctors use dexamethasone to reduce chemotherapy-induced side effects while using chemotherapy drugs. During the course of treatment, we found that dexamethasone not only alleviates the above symptoms, but also has a protective effect on the veins. The clinical observations are reported below. 1 Subjects and Methods 1.1 Subjects received 32 patients with cancer chemotherapy via arm vein puncture (10 cases of gastric cancer, 4 cases of leukemia, 4 cases of lymphoma, 8 cases of colon cancer, 5 cases of lung cancer, and 1 case of pancreatic cancer). Including 26 males and 6 females, aged 31 to 80 years old, no hormone contraindication. The same chemotherapeutic drugs are used in this group of chemotherapy drugs.
