当代教师职能导向与教育理念首应以学生为中心,围绕学生展开教学,关注学生综合素质能力和谐发展,将能力与思维作为学生发展与培养的方向。犹如西方名言所称:“道德普遍地被认为是人类的最高目的,因此也是教育的最高目的。”由此,教育机构育人应将道德教育置于学习文化技术之前,深刻认识到对学生开展道德教育对教学工作的重要性。基于我国近年来于边境地区,有如新疆、西藏等边界附近频繁发动的暴力恐怖袭击事件,笔者将结合自身多年工作实践经验,就如何提高该区域学生思想政治教育水平作扼要概述。 The orientation of contemporary teachers and the concept of education should first focus on students, focus on students, pay attention to the students’ overall quality and harmonious development, and regard their ability and thinking as the direction of their development and cultivation.
