新一轮课程改革给教学改革带来了一股清新的气息,倡导了许多新的教育理念,其中“一切为了每一位学生的发展”是新课程的最高宗旨和核心理念。要在新一轮的课程改革过程中真正把核心理念转化为教师的行为,激活学生内在的情感和思维,实现学生的发展性学习,克服传统教学模式的痼疾和弊端,关键在于教师教育观念的根本转变。下面,我就教师教学观念的更新谈一点粗浅的认识。
