本文从分析小说《论美》中的画作入手,试图将小说中提及的这些艺术作品同小说内容结合,分别从美的召唤、美的抽离及美的回归三个方面分析说明扎迪史密斯对伊莱恩·斯凯瑞的《论美与公平》文章中美学思想的充实。美是教育的起点,欣赏美是本质上促进人与人关系对称和谐的催化物。将美从理论框架束缚中解放出来,使得人人都可企及,才能让美充分发挥在生活中不可替代的意义。
