经济情报是为经济管理服务的。经济管理有三个层次:经济战略决策、经济调节控制、经济日常作业。后两个层次的经济管理需要战术经济情报,前一个层次的经济管理需要战略经济情报。
Economic intelligence serves economic management. There are three levels of economic management: economic strategic decision-making, economic adjustment control, and economic daily operations. The latter two levels of economic management require tactical economic intelligence. The former level of economic management requires strategic economic intelligence.
