目前,我国大部分的医院还存在着管理制度落后的现象,跟不上社会发展的需求。医院要想在激烈的医疗行业竞争中取得一席之地,就必须加强自身管理,尤其是人事管理。《事业单位人事管理条例》的出台,意味着事业单位人事管理无法可依的历史从此终结,人事管理进入到法制化新阶段。通过建立新的人事管理制度、完善用人机制、建立健全考核奖惩制度等,以正确的准则指导人事管理工作,这对于提高人事管理水平,推动人事工作发展都具有极其重要的意义。
