一九九三年二月十日,中国保护消费者基金会在北京召开授奖大会,表彰在保护消费者权益工作中做出突出贡献的单位和个人。湘潭大学消费经济研究所教授尹世杰获得首届“保护消费者杯”个人最高奖。尹世杰,作为我国消费经济学这门新学科的主要创始人和学术带头人,被人们誉为拥有全国六个第一:第一个在我国提出消费经济学是一门独立的学科;主编了我国第一本消费经济学专著《社会主义消费经济学》;获得第一届孙冶方经济科学奖;创办我国第一个消费经济专业刊物《消费经济》;创办我国第一个消费经济研究所;第一个在我国招收消费经济专业方向的研究生。这些成就的取得,在于他的勤奋和孜孜不倦,在于他为国为民的一颗赤子之心,在于他勇攀消费经济学高峰的坚强意志和决心。
On February 10, 1993, China Foundation for Consumer Protection held a prize-giving ceremony in Beijing to honor the units and individuals that made outstanding contributions in the protection of the rights and interests of consumers. Yin Shijie, professor of Institute of Consumer Economics, Xiangtan University, won the first personal highest award of “Consumer Protection Cup”. Yin Shijie, as the main founder and academic leader of this new discipline of consumer economics in China, has been hailed as one of the six firsts in the country. The first one is the introduction of consumer economics in our country as an independent discipline. The first consumer economics monograph “Socialist consumption economics”; won the first session of Sun Yefang Economic Science Award; founded China’s first consumer economy professional publication “consumer economy”; founded China’s first consumer economy research institute; the first Graduate students majoring in consumer economics in our country. These achievements have been made in his diligence and tirelessness in the fact that he is a prudent man for the country and for the people, his strong determination and determination to climb the height of consumer economics.
