2007年是诸多与贸易和金融有关的国际惯例修订后生效的一年,这些国际惯例的修订不仅给国际结算实务带来了冲击,也给国际结算课程教学造成了重大的影响。国际结算课程教学内容无法适应我国对外经济发展的需要,主要表现为教学内容没有跟上最新国际惯例和国际结算实务的发展趋势,模拟实践教学又无法和我国银行结算实务相适应,所以应从改变过分依赖信用证结算方式的传统观念入手,增加新兴结算工具的教学内容,真正从应用性的角度去安排实践教学等方面对国际结算课程进行教学改革。
The year 2007 came into effect with the revision of many international trade and finance-related conventions. The revision of these international practices not only affected international settlement practices, but also had a significant impact on the teaching of international settlement courses. The teaching contents of International Settlement Course can not meet the needs of our country’s foreign economic development mainly because the teaching content does not keep up with the development trend of the latest international practice and international settlement practice and the simulated practice teaching can not be adapted to our country’s bank settlement practice. Therefore, Starting with the traditional concept of settlement of letters of credit, increasing the teaching content of emerging settlement tools, and practically teaching practical aspects of international settlement courses from the perspective of the application of teaching reform.
