为适应电控缸内直喷二冲程汽油机的开发 ,建立了一种基于高速采集卡的实时、功能齐全的发动机燃烧分析系统 ,实现对发动机各种动态参数的高速连续采集 ,并对所采集到的热力参数进行分析 ,得到发动机燃烧状况、燃烧规律以及相关的影响因素 ,从而为优化发动机的工作过程提供重要的手段。
In order to adapt to the development of electronic direct injection two-stroke gasoline engine, a real-time and full-featured engine combustion analysis system based on high-speed acquisition card was established to realize continuous and high-speed continuous collection of various dynamic parameters of engine. The thermal parameters of the engine are analyzed to get the combustion status of the engine, the combustion rules and the related influencing factors so as to provide an important means for optimizing the working process of the engine.
