桥口气藏是中原油田2003~2004年天然气重点产能建设区,该气藏为深层凝析气藏。桥69-平1水平气井的成功钻探和投产,为提高凝析气藏整体开发水平和增产增效具有重要意义。结合桥69-平1井的固井质量和实际井况,分析了该井的井下技术状况和施工存在的技术难点与风险,通过施工方案的设计、工艺参数的计算和酸浸水泥环工艺的分析、研究、试验,顺利完成了该井的投产施工,取得了较好效果,为中原油田水平井开发提供了强有力的技术保障,为今后水平井投产作业积累了宝贵的经验。
Qiaokou gas reservoir is a key energy-yield building area for natural gas in Zhongyuan Oilfield from 2003 to 2004. This gas reservoir is a deep condensate gas reservoir. The successful drilling and commissioning of Qiaogng 69-Ping 1 horizontal gas well is of great significance to improve the overall development level of condensate gas reservoir and increase production and efficiency. According to the cementing quality and actual well conditions of Well 69-Ping 1, the technical conditions and technical difficulties and risks of the well are analyzed. Through the design of construction scheme, the calculation of process parameters and the technology of acid leaching cement ring The production, commissioning and testing of this well have been successfully completed. The results have achieved good results and provided strong technical support for the development of horizontal wells in the Central China Oilfield. They have accumulated valuable experience in putting into operation the horizontal wells in the future.
