随着社会经济的不断发展和市场的激烈竞争,对人才的整体素质提出了更高的要求,在这样的情况下,企业的人力资源管理工作也需要根据这样的改革而不断进行创新,其中科学的绩效考核和薪酬激励制度能够在一定程度上提高企业工作人员的整体积极性,本文结合水电企业绩效考核和薪酬激励的基本原则,对水电企业绩效考核与薪酬激励的关系进行分析。
