一、国内银行系保险公司概况(一)国内银行涉足保险业的背景随着我国金融体制改革的不断深入,保险业逐渐成长壮大,银行与保险的合作也日渐紧密。银行保险业务自20世纪90世纪开办以来发展迅猛,银保渠道成为许多保险公司最重要的销售渠道之一。银行与保险公司主要以签订分销协议和战略联盟为合作模式,随着合作的深入,双方不断探索通过资本融合的方式,更为有效地整合现有资源、增强盈利能力。

Overview of Domestic Banks in Insurance Companies (I) Background of Domestic Banks in Insurance Industry With the continuous deepening of China’s financial system reform, the insurance industry has grown in strength and the cooperation between banks and insurance companies has become increasingly closer. The banking insurance business has been booming since the start of the 90s of the 20th century, and the bancassurance channel has become one of the most important sales channels for many insurance companies. Banks and insurance companies mainly sign distribution agreements and strategic alliances as cooperation models. With the deepening of cooperation, both sides are constantly exploring ways to integrate their existing resources and increase their profitability more effectively through capital syndication.
