我国已经进入新型工业化的发展阶段,城市化程度的不断提高对公共产品提出更高的要求。要适应这样的发展要求,必须进一步改善转型阶段的政府投资行为。
China has entered a stage of development of a new type of industrialization. The continuous improvement of urbanization places higher demands on public goods. In order to meet the requirements of such development, we must further improve government investment in the transitional period.
