据报载,1992年全国的开发区已有近2000家,滚滚而来的开发区热势不可挡,到处在框地、筑路、铺桥、建房,开发区的“温度”越来越高。纵观现有的开发区,从类型上分,有国家级开发区、自费开发区、高科技开发区、外资公司开发区(深圳的蛇口)、市、县级开发区、乡级开发区、企业主办的开发区等等,这些开发区,成了各地对外开放的窗口,对引进外国的资金、技术、管理,起到了示范作用,开发区的功绩是应该肯定
