连政发[2014]90号各县、区人民政府,市各有关单位:为进一步加强行政审批中介服务机构监管,规范中介机构执业行为,打造公平有序的市场竞争环境,促进全市经济社会更好更快发展,根据《中共连云港市委连云港市人民政府关于深化行政审批制度改革的意见》(连发[2014]2号)精神,制定本意见:一、明确中介服务机构规范管理工作要求1.重要意义。中介机构规范化发展程度是衡量一个地区市场经济成熟度和经济竞争力的重要标志。加强中介服务机构规范管理,有利于转变政府职能、增强社会服务功能、营造良好的竞争环境。当前,我市中介机构运营存在信用机制不完善、监督管理不到位、执业和收费行为不规范等问题。各县区、各部门要充分认识中介服务机构规范管理工作的重

Significance. The standardization of intermediaries is a measure of the degree of maturity of a regional market economy and economic competitiveness of an important symbol. Strengthening the standardized management of intermediary service agencies is conducive to transforming government functions, enhancing social service functions and creating a favorable competitive environment. At present, there are some problems in the operation of intermediary agencies in our city, such as imperfect credit mechanism, inadequate supervision and management, non-standard practice and charging. All counties and districts and departments should fully understand the importance of intermediary service agencies in standardizing their management work
