“2007年是我国高速公路建设事业又一个关键的年头,年底将确保建成‘五纵七横’国道主干线贯通路段,落实高速公路中央建设资金计划,确保完成5000公里以上。2007年也将是我国高速公路信息化建设事业稳步推进的一年,《国家高速公路联网不停车收费与服务系统》等国家科技支撑项目的实施,表明2007年我国高速公路信息化建设将向纵深发展。展望2007年,我国高速公路信息化仍需要在以下几个方面继续努力:一是继续稳步推进区域联网收费,尝试跨省市联网收费;二是逐步开展省域高速公路联网监控工作;三是高速公路出行信息服务应更有针对性;四是通过路网管理中心提升高速公路管理和服务水平;五是推进治超检测站点规范化建设和信息管理系统建设,逐步完善全国治超监控网络;六是继续稳妥推广计重收费。”这是中国公路学会理事长李居昌,4月23日,在合肥出席第九届中国高速公路信息化管理及技术研讨会开幕式时讲的一番话。这也是中国公路学会第九次举办中国高速公路信息化管理及技术研讨会。
