基于特征相角关系调谐的煤矿配电网对地参数测量算法

为了改善配电网分布电容和对地绝缘电阻的测量精度,提出了一种基于多种特征相角调谐的配电网对地参数测量算法。通过理论分析和PSCAD仿真实验,验证了该算法能够较为准确地计算出配电网的对地参数。该算法操作方便,测量精度高,可以用于消弧线圈的调谐及线路整体绝缘水平的判定。 In order to improve the distribution capacitance of distribution network and the measurement accuracy of insulation resistance to ground, a parameter measurement algorithm for distribution network parameters based on multiple phase angles is proposed. Through theoretical analysis and PSCAD simulation experiments, it is verified that the algorithm can calculate the earthing parameters of distribution network more accurately. The algorithm is easy to operate and has high measurement accuracy. It can be used for the tuning of arc suppression coil and the determination of the overall insulation level of the circuit.
