超声辅助磷酸对对位芳纶纤维的亲水改性

为改善对位芳纶纤维水分散性、亲水性,进行对位芳纶纤维磷酸刻蚀改性研究.实验采用超声辅助磷酸刻蚀纤维,对改性前后纤维的水分散性、亲水性、表观形貌、化学结构、结晶结构以及热稳定性进行表征.结果显示:最佳处理条件得到的对位芳纶纤维在水介质中可以单根纤维沉降,沉降体积增加了57.14%;改性后的纤维表面出现凹槽刻痕且有分丝现象,同时在纤维表面引入—OH、—COOH等极性基团,O原子含量增加了1.56%;动态接触角为81.2°,比原纤维降低21.7°,对位芳纶纤维的润湿性增强;并且改性后纤维的结晶结构未发生变化,热稳定性良好.

颗石藻的颗粒无机碳和有机碳生产在海洋碳循环中起到重要作用.本文采用实验室内恒化培养装置对颗石藻优势种Emiliania huxleyi的钙化株系及非钙化株系分别在氮限制和氮充足的条件下进行为期24 d连续模拟培养实验.结果显示:氮限制降低了两株系颗石藻的胞内叶绿素含量、细胞颗粒有机氮及颗粒有机碳含量,非钙化株系胞内各元素含量则相较于钙化株系降低的幅度更大.氮限制明显增加了两株系颗石藻的细胞n(POC)/n(PON)及n(POC)/n(POP)比值,而降低了n(PON)/n(POP)及m(C)/m(Chl-
