企业集团是我国经济体制改革中出现的新生事物。企业集团的出现冲破了旧的条块分割的封闭体制,大大弱化了行政部门的干预,实现了所有权与经营权的适当分离和资金、设备、人才等生产要素的优化组合,促进了规模经济的发展和规模效益的产生。但是,从目前我国企业集团的发展看,大部分企业集团的凝聚力还不大,企业集团的优势还没有得到充分发挥。其原因是多方面的,其中金融机构很少进入企业集团,直接参与集团的生产经营活动是一个很重要
